V+R Law Firm Logo

We are the desired legal partner of dynamic, modern, result-oriented businesses and entrepreneurs.

The efficient provision of our services is a top priority for us. We always keep an eye for effective arrangements that cater to the client’s needs taking into account the ever-expanding need for all types of legal and consulting services in today’s complex regulatory and economic environment.

We often team-up with other professionals, especially in the context of complex multi-jurisdictional projects or litigation/arbitration proceedings. We are flexible in accommodating the client’s needs and work directly either with its in-house team or executives or other external counsels or professionals.

We provide one stop-shop services in tax, accounting and financial matters through our partner firm, Tax Store Consulting. We also provide highly-efficient and fast notarial and translation services in support of our clients’s needs.

When offering our services, we are guided by two key principles:

We share and seek to build on our client’s vision in the offering of our services. Each client has its unique vision. And we adapt to it. Without cutting any corners regarding  any potential legal risk (and ways to mitigate them), we endeavour to offer impeccable legal services but also to get the job done consistent with the client’s vision.

Reliability means delivering on time, cost-efficient, well- and flexibly-budgeted (depending on the client’s needs), and, result-oriented legal services.

The team is particularly acclaimed for legal expertise, high professional standards, attention to detail, and responsiveness.

Instead of having a traditional top-bottom structure with often inefficient hierarchical bonds, we assign on each project a team of seasoned and experienced attorneys or other professionals, which are hands – on throughout the duration of the project.
