  1. Due Diligence on the property/land plot/real-estate asset and its ownership status, which can also cover urban planning and construction aspects in cooperation with qualified engineers;
  2. Drafting of pre-sale & purchase and final sale, purchase & transfer of property notarial deeds;
  3. Establishment of liens over secured assets;
  4. Establishment and corporate governance of SPVs for capital raising through debt and equity;
  5. Crowdfunding platforms and peer-to-peer lending;
  6. Establishment of and legal advice to PropTech Companies;
  7. Drafting and conclusion of management/operating agreements of commercial, including hotels, and residential properties;
  8. Advice on the set-up and formation of regulated entities by the Capital Markets Commission authorized to sell securities for raising funds specifically for the purpose of acquiring real estate assets.

  • Recurring legal advice to a Prop Tech company active in the Greek market and establishment of its corporate structure, stock option plan, creation of various classes of shares etc.
  • Due diligence on luxury assets in most key destinations on behalf of foreign investors and conclusion of relevant agreements and notarial deeds
  • Drafting of and provision of legal advice in relation to a property management agreement between a Greek company active in the field of real-estate management and recycling with a leading Israeli conglomerate in relation to the upgrade and revival of commercial shops in distinct district of downtown Athens in support of the core business of the counter-party, i.e. hotel management
