Our Practice Areas

We are extremely well-positioned to provide regulatory and legislative advice to regulated entities doing business in Greece. The legal landscape often changes abruptly, affecting thus significantly all regulated businesses.

To hedge against that uncertainty, we have developed a niche practice not only focusing on monitoring upcoming legislative and regulatory developments and updating our clients in that respect, but also providing accurate and timely advice on the optimal legislative solutions. In that respect, we advise our clients on how to protect their interests by preparing advocacy papers while actively defending them before the competent administrative bodies, key stakeholders and throughout the legislative process.

We have very effectively advised clients in the banking, NPL, tourism & hotel, courier services and gaming industries.

Indicatively, we provide legal advice and support clients, in relation to:

  1. Preparation of regular reports monitoring Legislative Developments in the Relevant Industry;
  2. Preparation of advocacy papers or letters setting forth the optimal legislative solution consistent with promotion of public interest;
  3. Strategic legal risk management solutions enhancing the selected legislative approach;
  4. Representation of clients before competent administrative authorities and during the legislative process;
  5. Legal actions against adverse administrative and regulatory decisions.
